Orlando Espinosa’s depth of knowledge spans an extraordinary range of foodservice applications, including some of the most complex foodservice facilities in the United States and internationally.
His work has taken OEA across all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and 11 countries, building a portfolio that ranges from major institutional and corporate environments to highly specialized operations where logistics, scale, efficiency, and performance are critical.
Among Orlando’s career highlights are the design and construction of foodservice operations supporting five Summer Olympic Athlete Villages, offshore installations, and Fortune 100 corporations including Boeing and Lockheed Martin.
Recognized by Foodservice Equipment & Supplies (FE&S) as a Top Achiever Consultant, Orlando brings more than technical expertise to a project. He brings the perspective that comes from decades of seeing what works, understanding why it works, and knowing the questions that need to be asked before a line is ever drawn.

MATTHEW MOSS

Over more than two decades, Matthew Moss has built a reputation for leading organizations through periods of significant growth, change, and transformation.
What makes his perspective especially valuable is that it has been earned at every level of the business.
Matthew understands the realities of food and beverage operations because he has experienced them firsthand—from day-to-day service execution to executive strategy, capital planning, labor negotiations, and organizational leadership.
His international career spans New Zealand, Europe, and the United States, with leadership experience across complex environments including convention centers, healthcare, higher education, and Olympic Games operations.
That experience allows Matthew to look beyond what an operation should do and understand what it will actually take to make it happen.
He helps organizations strengthen performance, build high-performing teams, navigate complex transitions, and develop scalable strategies that connect leadership objectives with the realities of daily execution.
